"BUCATARIE" ...FROM THE KITCHEN
Our ladies (and gentlemen!) are proud to offer you a variety of home-made foods from around Romania. Taste something new... try something different! We know that yo
u will enjoy these traditional favorites that we have continued to prepare with love, just as our countrymen do in Romania today, and as our ancestors did when they came to America!

In the main hall you will find the buffet where you can purchase a
complete meal, or select items "a la carte". Outside in the courtyard you can relax under the tent as the smells of freshly grilled mititei fill the air. Buy an ice-cold specialty beer while you are outside and purchase "mici" right off the grills!

"CRAMA" ... THE WINE CELLAR
Romania is known world-wide for its assortment of wines. Be sure to stop by the "crama" and taste a sample of a few popular varieties. Whether you prefer white, red, or something in between, we have something for you!

Additionally, you can sample a glass of "must" (pronounced 'moost'). This freshly pressed juice made from grapes just off the vine is a popular custom in Romania that you'll surely enjoy. Purchase some to take home with you!

"BUNA'S BAKERY"
Our ladies have been hard at work preparing their specialty baked goods! You can enjoy these desserts and sweets while at the festival, or purchase some to take home. We know you will love the "cozonaci" (nut rolls), "cremes" (creme napoleon), "cornulete" (rolled cookies), tortes, cookies, cakes, and more.

Visit the Bakery under the "tricolor" awning in Metes hall! They will be waiting to serve you! Buy for yourself, for your neighbor, for your grandchildren, or even your co-workers! And remember, it's always a better bargain when you buy more!
